Buccal Fat Reduction
The buccal fat pad sits low in the cheek and can create a round, bottom-heavy look when enlarged. Dr. Saman removes the excess to refine the cheekbones and slim the lower face.
Unlike other facial fat, buccal fat does not shrink with age. In fact, it often appears more prominent over time. When appropriate, Dr. Saman includes buccal fat reduction at no extra cost with deep necklift or extended deep plane facelift procedures.

Chin Augmentation
A weak chin can throw off facial balance and contribute to early signs of neck aging. Dr. Saman often recommends chin enhancement to improve profile harmony and support long-term results, especially in rhinoplasty or facelift patients.
For permanent results, Dr. Saman sculpts a custom silicone implant to fit the patient’s anatomy. These implants have a long track record of safety and can be removed if needed. For those not ready for surgery, chin augmentation can also be done with fat grafting or a trial run using dermal fillers.

Otoplasty, or ear reshaping, is a procedure to bring prominent or uneven ears into better balance with the face.

Facial Fat Grafting
Fillers are passé. Fat grafting allows for transfer of fat from one part of the body to areas of the face that could use the volume (temples, cheeks, areas around the eyes, chin, jawline, lips, etc). And yes, it’s a permanent procedure!
