Rhinoplasty

A small refinement. No surgery. No commitment beyond the moment.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

What it unlocks

Filler can soften a profile, balance a tip projection, or smooth a small irregularity. It is not a substitute for rhinoplasty. It is its own quiet thing, useful in its own narrow window.

Our approach

We perform non-surgical rhinoplasty selectively and only when the nasal anatomy permits it safely. We will tell you honestly when it is the right tool and when it is not. The conversation matters more than the appointment.

Every instrument has a name. Every incision has a reason. This is not assembly, it is art.

Topical anesthetic

Twenty to thirty minutes

Downtime
None.

Patients with a small contour irregularity or asymmetry whose anatomy permits filler safely.
Results timeline
Visible immediately. Filler typically lasts twelve to eighteen months.

The procedure in detail

How it’s performed
Hyaluronic acid filler is placed in carefully chosen anatomic planes through a fine needle or cannula.
Preparation
Avoid blood-thinning medication and supplements for one week before treatment when possible.
Follow-up
Two-week review. Touch-ups planned only when needed.
Expected outcome
Temporary refinement of profile or contour for the duration of the filler.
Possible complications
Bruising, swelling, asymmetry, vascular events (rare but serious), nodule, migration over time.

Questions patients ask

  • How long does non-surgical rhinoplasty last?

Hyaluronic acid filler typically lasts twelve to eighteen months in the nose. Filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the result is not what we wanted.

  • Is liquid rhinoplasty safe?

When performed by an experienced injector with deep knowledge of nasal anatomy, it is safe in selected cases. We will decline the treatment when prior surgery, scar, or vascular pattern make it unsafe.

  • Can filler replace a surgical rhinoplasty?

No. Filler can camouflage small irregularities and add subtle volume. It cannot reduce a hump or refine a tip. For lasting structural change, surgery is the right tool.
