  • Dr. Saman’s journey into facial aesthetics began with his artistic upbringing, growing up in a family of artists who instilled in him an innate appreciation for balance, form, and individuality. This foundation shaped his approach to beauty and inspired his pursuit of excellence in facial plastic surgery.

    Dr. Saman graduated at the top of his class from the University of Texas at San Antonio and commenced his specialty training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Harvard University and NYEE of Mount Sinai. He was then selected for a highly prestigious fellowship in facial aesthetic surgery and microvascular oncologic surgery, where he specialized in aesthetic surgery, advanced reconstruction, and complex head and neck diseases, including skull base surgery.

    As Medical Director of Head and Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Surgery at one of the largest hospitals in Dallas, Dr. Saman founded and led a Center of Excellence renowned for managing the most challenging facial trauma and cancer cases in the Southwest. Patients with the most complex conditions were flown in from across the region for Dr. Saman and his elite team to deliver life-saving care, achieving cancer-free outcomes for many. Alongside his clinical work, he played a pivotal role in training the next generation of surgeons through AOCMF and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

    While this work was profoundly rewarding, his enduring passion for aesthetics ultimately led him to focus exclusively on rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic surgery, where he continues to bring artistry and innovation to his patients.
